Format:
GMAT will be having 3 section . you first section will be Writing then followed by Math and verbal. The main thing in the exam is these GMAC guys are testing patience because you will be having 60 min of Writing section and the 75 min of Math and then 75 min of verbal, if you want to succeed in exam just take COMPLETE online practice test for 3hr 30 mins. Before your real BATTLE.
Writing
You will be having two writing question for 30 min. First question will be business related article , read the passage thoroughly and respond to the topic with SWOT analysis and critically evaluate the issue in the topic. Math:
In this part you will be ask to answer 37 question in 75 min. Question will be of two format i.e. problem solving and data sufficiency. Verbal
Here you need to answer 41 question in 75 min. Every body fail in this section because after 2hr 15min test its very difficult to focus and tackle the paper, so would suggest take at least 6 complete online test before taking your real test.
Book for reference; I suggest official guide and any book of you choice like KAPLAN, Princeton any book of your choice.. just refer 2 to 3 book thats more than enough don’t flood wit all book avalible in market.
